Rocks and Roots.
Every time I go, it’s a different adventure. I am always surprised at how different the trail is each season.
A leafless, icy winter.
A muddy, bare early spring.
Green and leafy summers when you can hear the water through the trees as you run under the green canopy.
The colors of the leaves in the fall, and how tricky a run can be with a blanket of leaves under your feet.
Not only that, but just simply changing the direction you run for the loop can give you a totally different perspective on the trail.
My planets are all aligned.
